Fun, friendly coffee workshops for people who really love coffee. Join us as we dive into the world of coffee and learn how to savor, brew and create the very best tasting coffee. No experience required just a simple love of coffee.

Cupping Events
These are really fun hands on events where participants will discover all aspects of the coffee. From roast color to aroma and taste.
Be prepared to slurp some coffee and sharpen your tasting skills. You will never experience coffee the same way again.
Brewing to Perfection
Espresso ? Drip? Pour Over? Moka Pot? French Press? - which is your style? Not sure? Your are in the right place with this hands on workshop.
Together we will help you discover different methods of brewing and how to get the most balanced cup from your brewer.
Build Your Own Coffee
Light Roast or Dark?
Sumatra vs Costa Rica. Robusta or Arabica? Full Body ? Low acidity or high?
This is a hands on workshop where each participant will create a custom blend of coffee to match his or her taste profile and preferred brewing method.
You will create a custom coffee bag, give your new creation a name and professionally package it to take home to show off and share with friends.

We are your coffee guides, Tom & Holly Griffin and we are coffee enthusiasts of the highest order. We are both members of the Specialty Coffee Association and have traveled extensively in pursuit of finding that perfect cup. We are always excited to bring back some of the great coffee we have discovered on our travels and to share new and interesting developments from the world of coffee. We bring the world of coffee to life through our coffee workshops as well as pop up coffee events. In our new pop-up café we take the opportunity to serve some of the most exceptional coffees from around the world.
