NOT ALL COLD BREW COFFEE IS CREATED EQUAL!
This month I am sharing with you a little knowledge on the in's and out's of how cold brew coffee is brewed. While traditionally it was either cold tower drip or full immersion, today some new commercial technology has emerged to make rapid cold brew. Each method has it's own characteristics and depending on what you see as your perfect cup, it might be good to understand each brewing method. Coffee, the best way is your way!

5 Cold Brewed Coffee Picks For June
It's Summer Time
With warmer temps many hot coffee drinkers are stepping out and having a cold one. I personally have been immersed (no pun) in the Cold Brew Coffee world for a bit more than the last decade or so. In short I really love cold brew and I really dislike cold brew that is done poorly. The market is flooded with so many options it is hard to determine which are good and which are just dark water in a bottle.
This month I offer you five selections that I think you might enjoy. They are traditionally slow brewed - true immersion cold brews to preserve and enhance the unique flavor notes of the coffee. They are also each very distinct in their profiles as they are brewed using unique blends of regional beans.
Take a chance and try them all.

The marketing hype is getting so thick these days that it is like swimming in a pool filled with oatmeal.
Some coffee roasters and café owners will say and print almost anything to try and make their product stand out. They tout quality but often what they are saying has absolutely no direct verifiable relationship to actual quality standards.
"Sustainable Farming" (does not denote quality just the Agra- Process); "Small batch"- (quantity of the roast not the quality of the bean); "100% Arabica" - (that's the species nothing to do with the actual quality except it differs from other species of coffee plants).
Take the deep dive and learn which buzz words tell you absolutely nothing about the quality of the coffee.
